Dwell in Austin Website & Branding

Dwell in Austin is a premier real estate agency in Austin. Previously, they had very little in design direction aside from a long form logo. First, we decided on a black and white color scheme to evoke elegance and sophistication. Next, we simplified the logo to be a symbolic W. Combined with clean lines, defined containers, and the Barlow font, a design direction was created which could be applied to all media. The centerpiece of it being a brand new website which combines custom post types and MLS integration. From an MLS standpoint this website stands apart from other real estate sites by applying the branding which was no easy feat.
