Floor Plan Renders

I was asked to take generic floor plans and create stylized versions of them for use with potential renters. At first we decided to go with a 3D version which allowed for different camera angles and very nice shading, but we ended up going a flat 2D vector route due to time constraints and ease of editing. I think both styles turned out nicely.
